Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic Yoga is a blend of restorative yoga, gentle yoga, breath work, hands-on healing, guided visualization and meditation techniques. These are all combined in a way that allows the mind & body to release, relax, and let go. This practice is a good fit for people who are recovering or living with injury or illness, and for people who need to give their body and mind time to let go of tension.
